1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases carry specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds more than one account, all of them will be closed and all associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number and other details — must be completely true and accurate. Opening an account with false information is a direct breach of these terms.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

If a user accesses grap win services from a region or country where online gaming is locally prohibited, use of that account is entirely at the user's own risk.

3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

Keeping your username and password completely confidential is your responsibility. Sharing this information with anyone else is not permitted. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, unless you have obtained prior authorisation from us.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If unauthorised access to your account occurs or is suspected, notify grap win's customer service team immediately. grap win will not be liable for any loss resulting from a delayed report.

3.4 Account Transfer

Selling, renting, transferring or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Ownership of Funds

4.4 Balance Expiry

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, the inactive account policy may apply. grap win will notify the user in advance regarding any inactive account after the specified period.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus can be withdrawn after placing bets worth 25 times the bonus. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds may be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if wagering requirements are not met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless grap win explicitly permits it.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period after being claimed.
• If a withdrawal is requested before bonus terms are met, the bonus will be cancelled and only the real money balance will be returned.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, birthday rewards, refer-a-friend bonuses and weekend slot bonuses each carry their own specific wagering requirements and time limits. Full terms for each promotion will be stated alongside the relevant offer.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

grap win reserves the right to cancel bonuses if a user attempts to abuse them by opening multiple accounts or by trying to meet wagering requirements through minimum bets immediately after receiving a bonus.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Software Integrity

All games on grap win are operated using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Attempting to influence game outcomes using external software, bots or scripts is prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are shown on the game page and grap win may change them at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault, grap win will make a decision based on logs and server data. Rounds that were not completed normally may be treated as void and the stake will be returned to the balance.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to each event in sports betting. If a match is cancelled or does not proceed according to the stipulated rules, the stake will be returned to the balance. For multi-bets, any cancelled selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be used for settlement.

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through harmful collusion with other users.
• Conducting transactions or managing an account under a false identity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

grap win may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the terms and conditions is detected.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity is observed.
• At the user's own request.
• In the case of long-term inactivity.

8.2 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

A user may contact customer service at any time to request closure of their own account. Any pending withdrawal will be processed before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
